Kelly brings a vast knowledge of many sides of the Real Estate industry to Rashkind Saunders and Co. Licensed since 2009, she began her career Listing and Selling homes in the Hampton Roads area of Virginia. She has handled Relocation clients for Cartus, USAA and Navy Federal and enjoyed helping them relocate not just across the U.S., but around the world. She later continued her Real Estate sales role as the exclusive Buyer’s Agent for a REO team with an extensive portfolio of Fannie Mae investment property listings. Kelly and her family later relocated to Long Island, NY where she also became a Licensed Realtor. Although still involved in Sales, her primary role focused on office administration and marketing with an upscale Real Estate firm specializing in million dollar properties along the “Gold Coast” of Long Island, NY. Originally from Massachusetts, Kelly has lived in five different states and has relocated four times for her husband’s career. She brings firsthand personal knowledge of the listing, selling and moving process and understands that although this can be an exciting time, it can also be one of the most stressful times in a person’s life. She has personally sold or marketed everything from a $10,000 investment property to multi-million dollar estates. A skilled negotiator and contract writer with keen attention to detail, she strives to overcome every obstacle that can potentially get in the way of a successful closing. Whether you are thinking about buying your first home, looking to move up into something with more space, or downsize to something with less land to maintain or rooms to clean, her client’s needs and wants are her first priority. She specializes in developing unique and creative sales and marketing solutions by utilizing the latest technology to find and market homes for her clients. Kelly is a diehard Red Sox and Patriots Fan, and animal lover. She currently lives in Midlothian with her husband, three boys and menagerie of rescue pets.
